- Develop marketing strategy in order to ensure the campaign aligns with brand objective
- Develop comprehensive marketing strategy to enhance brand's image and positioning in the market
- Manage marketing/ communications/ public relations initiative in order to achieve marketing goal
- Manage marketing budget (short and long term plans) in order to achieve marketing goal
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
- Manage marketing team in order to achieve marketing goal
- Represent the brand toward media exposure
- Develop marketing plan in order to attract customer and improve traffic in store
- Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable University, preferably majoring in Marketing or Public Relations
- At least 5 - 7 years experience with minimum 2 years in managerial position. Preferably having experience in handling kids or fashion brand in retail industry.
- Having strong concept and analysis skill.
- Able to lead the marketing strategy and implementation effective promotion.
- Good communication, presentation skill, like wise good selling and negotiation skill.
- Proficient in English and Indonesian, both writing and speaking
