Understand and analyze transactional data to generate rich, insightful, and meaningful information for monitoring and reporting activities. Communicate and coordinate between data producers, data consumers, and other stakeholders and become a Data Subject Matter Expert (SME). Responsible for supporting the implementation and escalating issues related to data management to ensure data quality (accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data) throughout the data lifecycle.
Job Authorities
1. Define the flow of data requests.
2. Specifying priorit criteria isasi query related data.
3. Determine the end result/information that can be provided based on the priority of the request and the availability of the resource.
4. Manage the plans and workloads of the RDP Team, Data Visualization, Data Analyst, and Data Quality & Governance.
Job Responsibilities
1. Lead the team to meet the needs of processing data into information both for external and internal goals and objectives.
2. Ensuring the availability, completeness, and validity of transaction data needed by internal and external parties.
3. Work closely with teams to help define, design, and build reporting.
4. Provide guidance to tim clearly to carry out activities.
5. Fostering cooperation between the data team and other internal teams.
6. Understand the concepts of data management, data quality, data ingestion, data lifecycle, and related business processes.
7. Generate rich, insightful, and meaningful data visualizations for monitoring and reporting.
Job Requirements
o A minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of data management.
o A minimum of 1-2 years in managerial position.
o Previous experience in FinTech industry is a plus
