- Conduct Project Management process according to applied BSI Project Methodology based on the determined role.
- Proactively learn new technologies to enrich the knowledge of related unit.
- Conduct requirement analysis, with discussion, create mock up, etc, and create appropriate to-be design document, and testing scenarios.
- Provide periodic report based on the needs of related organizations requirement.
- Support to realize improvement resumed in SII document.
- Resolve incident to ensure the SLA achievement.
- Minimum graduated from reputable university, Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business or Science.
- Minimum 5 years experience as Business Analyst/System Analyst/Consultant
- Have a strong experience in a project at least 3 full cycle.
- Intensive experience in exercising IT Project Management and Business Process Improvement
- Have a basic SQL skill and Querry.
- Understand of IT Services Market & Business will prefered
- Have good communication, interpersonal skill, and english proficient (written and oral)
