- Develop a clear operational understanding of various activities and institute realistic and practical controls.
- Support the team to ensure controls are appropriately designed and executed, and ensure identification, escalation, and mitigation of operational risk.
- Ensure proper execution and oversight of selected control initiatives.
- Willingness to work on tasks beyond Operations Control e.g. Warehouse, Fraud.
- Provide regular updates and reporting to Senior Management.
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Having experience working as an Audit Consultant and Operations Control or related background is a plus.
- Detailed working knowledge of operational risk and control processes and practices.
- Excellent Microsoft Excel Skills for analysis.
- Task-oriented with strong Prioritization Skills.
- Good communicator and team player.
- Strong proficiency in English.
- Strong Project Management Skills.
- Technologically savvy.
