Job Description
- Translating technical requirements from clients into a proposed solutions
- Providing technical support & advisory to customers before and after-sales
- Provide technical support on sales pitching process, such as conducting platform demo, explaining solution design, creating POC, etc.
- Represent the technical aspects of the products and propose how these solution can benefit the clients
- Collaborate with Product & Engineering team to determine how products and services could be made or modified to suit the needs of customer
- Providing supervision and guidance to development teams on solution delivery
- Resolving technical problems as they arise
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Proven experience in engineering and IT software architecture design
- Solid experience and knowledge in API and technical support
- Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong and efficient communication skills, able to elaborate technical requirements using business languages
