Job Description
- Receiving and Verifying all vendor invoices.
- Creating and updating spreadsheets of daily transactions.
- Reviewing and processing the reimbursement.
- Do all document tasks (documentation, filling, scanning, etc)
- Conduct weekly petty cash count and settlement outlets.
- Other admin things.
- Candidates must be graduated with Accounting/Finance Major or last semester student.
- Pay attention to detail and organize.
- Could work in a fast-paced environment, able to work as a team, and have good attitude.
- Good English is preferable.
- Hard worker and able to work under pressure.
- Able to operate Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets in an efficient and effective manner.
