Warehouse Assistant in Indonesia - Your future position?
As Warehouse Assistant in Givaudan, a company leader in the fragrance and flavour industry, you will responsible for operating material handling equipment while performing tasks to include shipping, receiving, unloading, scanning, moving, staging, loading, locating, relocating, and stacking product. In this exciting role you also will:
- Ensure outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage and able to meet the export 'Goods Issue' date
- Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area. Assist in maintaining the safety of the warehouse.
- Load and unload cargo in an efficient and safe manner with proper equipment and efficiently stack and store the goods in the appropriate area according to the pre-defined storage location
- Pick orders for shipments correctly and safely according to picking documents.
- Assist warehouse assistant in Finished Goods receiving and export and ensure inventory accuracy and accurately export are on time.
- Perform labeling, sorting, wrapping, packing, and re-packing as needed,
- Ensure packaging materials are in good condition at all time - e.g. re-work pallets when necessary for proper condition.
- Ensure compliance to food safety and EHS requirements. Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area. Conduct operations in a manner which promotes safety - Proper housekeeping in both Flavor and Fragrance warehouse.
- Ensure prompt and accurate inventory control for all goods stored in the warehouse - Assist and ensure cycle count is completed promptly
- Participate in GMP refresher Course, Safety training and ISO training.
- Report incident or near misses to Supervisor / Warehouse Manager
- Coordinated with planning related tolling, preparation material, batches allocated, include for in-coming FG from tolling

Your professional profile includes:
- High school graduates or Bachelor's degree in logistics, preferred
- 2 to 3 years of experience in logistics in a manufacturing environment, especially in shipping operations.
- Microsoft Office Expertise
- Having a good analytical thinking and problem solving
- Having a good interpersonal skill
- Having a basic understanding of Continuous Improvement
