- This role is expected to perform full spectrum of operational & reporting functions with strict adherence to deadlines, KPIs, and data accuracy & integrity.
- The seconder will be reporting to the Regional Controllership Team based in KL, Malaysia & local Head of Country Finance.
- Guiding & coaching of more junior team members in performing their tasks & leading a small team to drive for desired results within the function.
- Broad hands on skills across various process flow and accounting & finance operational (ie. AR, AP, Taxation, Financial & Taxation Audit standards, etc).
- S1/S2 degree majoring in Accounting / Business Management with GPA minimum 3,00
- Having 7 – 10 years experience of working in Finance and Accounting Dept
- Excellent communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English is a must
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
- In-depth understanding of PSAK & IFRS compliance, Indonesian taxation, Transfer Pricing & inter-company charges
- Preferable having skill with software (Microsoft GP)
- Advanced skills of Microsoft Excel
- Proactive with cashflow prediction & risk management / aversion.
- Experienced with end-to-end accounting & finance process flow especially related to monthly & FY closing
