This is an entry level Writer/Journalist position for aspiring professional writers. As a YM College Writer/Ambassador, you’ll play an active role to represent Youthmanual around your campus and help us develop campus scpecific and general editorials.
- Fresh graduates or current college students
- Ability to keep up with fast pace digital startup culture
- Understands current Youth issues and pop culture
- Reads a lot of many different things-online magazines, print magazines, news portals, blogs, novels-of various themes on a regular basis.
- Loves writing; has some experience in public writing on for magazines, blogs, online medias, or simply campus' newsletter.
- Familiar with the local youth and/or higher education scene and interested in empowering them.
- Instinctively understands what really matters and what's interesting to youth.
- Fluent in both written English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Highly observant, thinks out of the box, opinionated, not afraid of hate-comments 🙂
- … yet also polite and always, always humble.
- Hard working, self-motivated, and adept at meeting deadlines.
- Fluent in the online world.
- Has good communication skills and comfortable with approaching strangers.
- Bonus: Has a strong network. Has experience with photography and Photoshop. Has a good sense of humor.
