You will act as a bridge between the business intelligence team, engineering team, product team, compliance team, and business team to help enable the stakeholders to accurately make data-driven decisions while implementing proper data security and protection principles.
Through this role, you will be able to implement your data analytical skills, communication, and leadership skills, and greatly contribute to securing data within the Shipper data ecosystem. You’ll play an active role in ensuring data governance policies and tools are implemented and adhered to, and assist the team in utilizing data to deliver simple and scalable solutions to meet user needs

Primary responsibilities:
- Understand our business flow, especially related to logistic and SCM business process
- Work closely with cross-functional teams of analysts, data engineer and product managers
- Design and manage data warehouse schema for Self-Service data preparation
- Create, promote, and maintain a proper collection of procedures, roles, policies, standards, and metrics related to data that guarantee the efficient and effective use of information to allow an organization to find data/ information faster and reliable, both for short and long term
- Ensure data is accessible and inclusive to authorized users to promote a data-driven environment
- Manage a single version of truth, turning data into critical information and knowledge that can be used to make sound business decisions
- Communicates cross-department within internal and external parties to ensure the data governance principles are implemented throughout the entire data lifecycle for the applicable internal and external requirements
- Ensure the data model and architecture from the transactional pipeline are suitable for analytics
- Ensure all data in both transactional and analytical pipelines have proper metadata management
- At least 1-2 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data engineering, or Data Governance fields
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics or related quantitative fields (Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics).
- Proficient in ETL (extract, transform, load) and Data warehouse environment
- Advanced knowledge in all variants of SQL
- Advanced knowledge in Big data ecosystem
- Knowledge of programming and Python is a plus
- Have a Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) is a plus
- The ability to analyze complex situations to derive workable actions is a must.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills to share recommendations clearly and effectively
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders across various divisions
- Language: Fluent in verbal and written in English & Indonesian
