Scope of Work
- The successful incumbent is building a strong sales Team for Pouch Business Sector.
- Generate the profitable sales revenue and increase operating income by broadening sales.
- Establishing new accounts and providing total solutions to customers.
- Drive a business strategy plan to expand the market share and achieve the sales target set for business.
- Work closely with production and supply chain management, sales support to fulfil the client orders.
- Negotiation on tender, contract terms and condition and preparation of Sales contract. And collection of bills.
- Visit and meet prospective customers in assigned to increase the sales volume and provide required solutions services for order placements.
- Prepare sales report, analyzing cost and sales, quotations and maintaining and creating new client accounts
- Prepare demonstration and technical presentations to customer solutions.
- Being in charge of Marketing: Attending trade shows, conferences, marketing and other events
- Degree in Bachelor of Business or relevant.
- At least 3 years sales experience in selling Flexible Packaging and/ or Printing products and solution
- Strong team player who is self-motivated and customer oriented
- Work independently, process good communication and strong presentation skills
- Understanding of financial metrics including margin, revenue, overhead costs, Profit and Loss, and Project Financials
- Have an extensive business network
- Excellent communications/human relations skills (written, verbal, client service) in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
