- Manage and acquire new business from target clients
- Deepen relationship with the existing clients by selling Trade Finance and Cash Management Products to obtain revenues for the Bank
- Develop sales plans and strategies to achieve revenue target
- Responsible for individual sales revenue target, penetrate a new business deal from client
- Identify client's need and requirement, conduct presentation and prepare business proposal (including RFP if required)
- Review and sign off on credit proposal (Nota Usulan Kredit) for Trade Finance Facility
- Participate in Round Table Meeting & Executive Credit Committeee with Business Unit to defend and recommend the Trade Finance Facility Structure that is suitable for Clients.
- Follow up with client for win deal mandate (RFP)
- Manage and coordinate internal team within the bank to ensure smooth project delivery and well execution towards given solution
- Coordinate with supporting unit and Product team to deliver new product requirement from client
- Conduct workshop with client or industry association to market and promote Transaction Banking business
- Analyze volume, account balance level and profitability trends and direct sales activities accordingly.
- Coordinate with other supporting units for implementation, after sales and product enhancement.
- Training and coaching Relationship Officer/Manager on Transaction Banking products
