Create a clear and maintainable work-related documentation (i.e. PRD, Epics, Stories, etc.)
Communicate the Product Concept through clear and compelling presentation
Collaboratively work with UX Research Team to Deliver Primary Research (Survey, Interviews, FGD etc.) when needed
Collaboratively define Personas with the Stakeholders (i.e. Marketing or UX Researcher) and validate it through empirical method (Random Sampling Interviews, Surveys, or Online Data)
Collaboratively define Journey per each Personas and provide insight through several analytical methods (i.e. Pain Points, Moment Of Truth, Value Prop Canvas, etc.)
Collaboratively work with UX Research Team Present the Research Result to related Stakeholders in good story-telling plot
Collaboratively work with UX Designer to provide user experience in low and medium fidelity
Contribute during Brainstorming session by submitting Ideas of the Solution for Design Problem defined
Support the team by giving ideas and feedbacks when designing the Prototype
Collaboratively facilitate the Usability Test by providing Question List, finding right Attendees
Decompose the Product Requirements into clear backlog items
Requirements :
Available for at least 6 months (1 year availability is more preferred)
Able to capture and define the Product Requirements by creating a clear documentation, which includes Business Model, Fund Flow, Business Flow
Understand the basic concept of Transaction
Able to Create product Requirement Document based on Problem and Solution
Able to Writing down Stories from user perspective
Able to work together to explain solution to the Tech lead
