What You'll Do:
- Generate Regular reports from multiple sources based on user requirement.
- Act as the primary contact person for data discrepancy and proactively identify and solve the discrepancy data issues with the technical team.
- Support stakeholders to build a dashboard by translating requested performance metrics with the right data sets and optimal query from databases.
- Maintain all data sets and actively acquire data from external sources for data integrity.
- Understand the Business Intelligence system. Assist in project plans, design, and launch of various analytics tools.
- Provide regular administrative support for stakeholders.
- University graduates from Information System / Accounting / Statistics or related disciplines.
- At least 2 years of experience as a data analyst/business analyst/business intelligence with exposure to developing business dashboards from requirements, identifying data sources, defining business metrics, and visualization. Experience in product development is a plus.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills in both English.
- Have a basic understanding of SQL.
- Be sensitive to data & information.
