Job Responsibilities
- Monitoring, planning, and controlling all the activities in the Alloy casting section
- Prepare the monthly and annual operational budget, and also support the cost-efficiency
- Ensure production runs on schedule and target is achieved, both quality and quantity
- Build a harmonious relationship with employees in its section
- Another task as assigned
Necessary Skill / Experience
・Bachelor's degree in Metallurgy, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent
・Experienced and well understand of the casting process is required
・Have minimum 5 years work experience in same field including as Manager 3 years
・Understand the relevant concept in the casting, aluminum materials, and production process
・Good knowledge about PPIC, ISO 9001, 5S/5R, cost analysis, and management
・Intermediate level of English, both spoken and written
