- Handling end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing and first round interviews
- Going to plantation site to handle and overview the local hires
- Managing recruitment until onboarding processes
- Working with management team to ensure solid manpower planning
- Ensuring highest quality of candidates in relation to organization's needs
In order to be a successful candidate, the requirements are:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, at least 2 years managing a team
- Proven experience in handling end-to-end recruitment process
- Understand the local labor laws and able to build relationship with local government bodies for local hire
- Willing to travel and spend time at plantation site
- Previous experience in either plantation or mills company
- Ability to speak and write English fluently is a must
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Candidate will be working in a multinational environment
- Possibility of exposure to regional scope
