As a Senior Proposal Specialist, you will be supporting our business with increased regional pursuit inflow as well as the creation of additional standard content. You will have the opportunity to help implement other efficiencies to aid the business at responding to a further increase in our tender pipeline.

We will count on you to:
- Manage and coordinate low and large complexity tenders admin preparation, drive the bid strategy, and manage communication with relevant stakeholders.
- Review Requests for Proposals for complete understanding of proposal submission requirements.
- Write persuasive proposal/presentation content and executive summaries, geared toward readers' needs, and that follows company best practice approach.
- Identify major strategic opportunities within proposals to help the team extract and create more value for clients.
- Facilitate opportunity strategy formulation, working closely with Client Managers/consulting team to help identify client/prospect business-drivers, and create the optimal proposal communication strategy, corresponding theme and graphic approach.
- Determine research needs, delegate or perform as appropriate.
- Identify internal points of contact to request practice- and project-specific information when information cannot be found in the knowledge management system.
- Work actively with the design team to create optimal design approach/concept, including storyboarding for opportunity, and facilitate design review process.
- Manage the proposal/presentation development process, assuming total responsibility for management of the proposal/presentation development process for small/low complexity projects and major responsibility for large/complex projects.
- Degree in any discipline
- 5 to 7 years of relevant working experience
- Excellent Proficiency in MS Office (especially Power Point) and Adobe Illustrator
- Have Certificate in General Insurance (CGI) or equivalent or complete CGI within reasonable period upon employment.
- Excellent people management, time management, presentation and problem solving skills.
- Good communication and written skills in English.
- Meticulous and keen attention to details
- Highly motivated and a team player with good interpersonal skills while concurrently being able to work proactively and work independently where required.
