- Responsible for the overall management of entire operations function of the company for all of their products
- Leading operational improvement projects and responsible of the results
- Develop strategies ( online and offline ), policies and procedures to ensure long term growth and profitability.
- Lead business process analysis and be the decision maker to eliminate inefficiencies to ensure maximum level of performance while minimising risk
- Work with product team to build products that will support the operations
- Ensure compliance with all regulation and standard related to procurement
- Develop and control departmental budget
- To set annual goals and objectives in according to corporate
- Present detailed reports to management to ensure alignment within the company
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering, business, or related industry
- Minimum 10 years of managerial experience handling Operation Function, with experience working in management consulting
- Strong analytic skills with ability to create operational dashboards to track and monitor performance
- Project management experience to drive operational improvement initiatives
- Strong leadership and is a team player
