Position Objective/Expectation
Mission - Responsible for Accounting Taxation and Finance management
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for conducting daily accounting, costing, financial and tax work related operation of the company.
- Supervise daily activity of Finance, Accounting & Tax team members
- Check all journal entries and document precisely
- Responsible for timeliness and accuracy of management accounts and preparation of monthly financial reports
- Inhouse monthly closing and annual closing
- Responsible for continual improvement of the company's corporate governance by developing, implementing, and enforcing policies and procedures that will improve the overall operation and effectiveness of the company.
- Provide financial analysis report for management.
- Responsible to support independent audit process.
- Update tax regulations regularly
- Minimize the taxation issues additional tax payment by following the accurate tax rules
- Responsible for managing priority of working target on timely basis
- Other duties as assigned
・Accounting Finance Taxation experience in Forwarding company at least 3 years or Consulting experience for Forwarding company as Accounting or Tax consultant
・Management experience
・Strong knowledge for Taxation (Tax rules for Forwarding company)
・Conversational level up of English
・Stable career (Average 3 years in one company)
・Ready to communicate with other divisions by proactive communication
Preferable Skill / Experience
・Japanese Skill
・Ready to join January 2022
