Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Payroll administration including overtime, expenses claim and variable processing, preparing and generating timely and accurate monthly payroll using Krishand payroll system which comply to the applicable regulations within the Company and Government rules and regulations ie: Manpower, BPJS, Tax Regulations.
- Uphold good data management practices by ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee records in our HR systems
- Preparing the annual headcount/employment budget, actual spending, and forecast.
- Preparing monthly and annual Tax (PPh21) reports.
- Recruitment and onboarding of new hires; assist with the recruitment process - review and shortlisted resumes, schedule interviews, facilitate pre-employment screening checks. Support the effective onboarding of new hires.
- Maintaining physical and digital files for employees, and employee records in HRIS - Sage People.
- Employee Off-boarding; assist in off-boarding of leavers.
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leave, benefits, compensation, claims, and queries related to systems, and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Help to organize events and implement initiatives to promote employee engagement and develop a positive and cohesive culture.
- Manage all leave applications, processing and accrual in the HR system. Provide leave accrual report to regional finance quarterly
- Provide services to new joiners (laptop, id card, onboarding forms and new Joiner kit by liaising with the relevant departments).
- Perform all tasks and reports related to mandatory insurance and healthcare.
- Update Organisation chart and provide to regional HR on a quarterly basis
- Any other related tasks as assigned by the company.
Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Human Resource including Payroll
- Experience in Krishand payroll system is preferred
- Has passion to handle recruitment.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build strong relationships quickly and effectively
- Excellent administrative skills with attention to detail, proactive follow-up and efficient time management
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office
- Good communication skills with intermediate proficiency in English
