- Providing legal advice to the management team.
- Draft and review various legal documents, and/or negotiate on contracts with external partners
- Coordinate with multiple departments to fulfil information requests from regulators.
- Drive key projects related to legal matters.
- Keep up with the relevant legal developments and pro-actively make suggestion/recommendations and follow-up on its implementation.
- Degree in Law
- PQE 7-10 years in legal function within multinational insurance companies. (> 1 year of experience per insurance company)
- Update in recent regulation in insurance company
- Understanding of contract and legal document
- Meticulous & sharp analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills
