- Oversee the planning, scheduling, and budgeting of construction projects in Bali
- Manage and coordinate all on-site construction activities, including subcontractors, suppliers, and labor
- Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures on all job sites
- Communicate regularly with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure that all project requirements are being met
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to ensure that all work meets our high standards
- Keep accurate records of all construction activities, including progress reports, site photos, and project documentation
- Manage project changes and variations, and ensure that all stakeholders are informed and updated as necessary
- Manage and mentor site staff, including project engineers, foremen, and laborers
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Site Manager, managing construction projects in Bali or a similar location
- Experience in building penthouses and villas is highly preferred
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office applications
