JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Attend general business development activity related to company business line, for example with events, networking, client visits, etc.
- Liaise with other departments as appropriate in relation to strategic proposals, projects, legal, financing, tax, or other issues
- Develop professional relationships and engage with clients and partners to align with tender and execution strategy
- Do marketing intelligence activities, market studies, and industry trends as input to HOD Business Development to determine strategies
- Meet Clients on regular basis & update HOD Business Development on the status of identified growth opportunities
- Actively participate in finding new alliances, Companies, partners, regulators, and any related party to enhance the company's position
- Provide inputs to HOD Business Development based on market information to enable the organization to develop capability in areas to give strategic leverage for future projects
- Gather and analyze market intelligence for new projects and opportunities and keep updated on industry trends, competitors, and client developments.
- Represent the company to negotiate with partner or client
- Give input to analyze and identify company strategic issues in order to support the company's business plan
- Provide oversight to the Proposal Execution team with regards to tender execution strategy and project execution strategy
- Provide oversight to Proposal Execution team with regards to Owner Estimate price
- Manage interface with clients and partners during tender execution on all matters related to work scope definition/responsibility, commercial and contractual expectations
- Manage interfacing with supporting organizations including BOD, Contracts Management, and Operations Planning
- Minimum BSc. Degree in Engineering or Technical. MBA in Project Management, MSc. Engineering Management and Project Management are highly beneficial.
- Minimum five (5) years experience in engineering, project management, and business development within Oil and Gas Industry or EPC Company.
- Good in written and verbal communications
- Ability to write and speak in English using the appropriate language
- Computer skills and comfortable in using MS Office and a variety of databases
- Time management, prioritization, multi-tasking, and organization skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a calm, professional, efficient, and courteous manner
- Quality focus, attention to detail
