Role Summary: Trainees work under the supervision of an experienced manager or team leader who are responsible for their on the job training and learning. They receive basic training in a variety of identified areas by the managers.

- Assist in administrative or production tasks that are assigned.
- Conduct basic research topics based on assigned projects.
- Communicate with Managers and other members of staff to ensure a smooth running of the project.
- Support staff by answering phones, taking detailed notes during meetings, inputting data into the computer and performing other tasks as required.
- Run errands such as simple purchasing supplies or delivery assignments.
