- Menguasai system operasi Linux dan Widows Server
- Menguasai dasar Video Streaming
- Mengerti Networking & Troubleshooting
- Mengerti IT Administrator
- Mampu bekerjasama dalam team
- Memiliki keinginan yang tinggi untuk belajar
- Menguasai teknologi Proxying dan Address Translation
- Mampu melakukan deployment layanan LAMP,Mail
- Menguasai teknik netfiltering dan firewalling
- Mampu menginstall berbagai OS
- Menguasai dasar mail (zimbra dsb), NMS (Cacti, Nagios)
- Menguasai install Apache & MYSQL
- Menguasai Linux terutama Redhat Base (Redhat/Cent OS)
