Responsibilities
- Create community strategy and plan based on business direction (vision & mission)
- Building potential community pipeline as monthly target by creating plan to acquire the potential community, manage and maintain the community engagement
- Maintain offline/online engagement event to maintain the engagement rate with the potential community
- Collaborate with activation team to build internal engagement event
- Analyze data-insight to to improve community strategy and planning
- Perform research on current benchmark trends, competitor and potential community insights
- Identifying ideal Silver Mitra to increase the community conversion
- 3+ years of proven experience as Sr. Community Associate
- Experience in acquiring, maintaining and engaging communities
- Good communication skills
- Deliver self-driven traits to initiate projects, lead experiments and approach potential community
- Understanding of insurance product (both retail/personal line and commercial line) will be a plus
- Have experience in launching community engagement project end to end
- Excellent organizational, strong communication, problem-solving, negotiation and analytical skills
- Have a willingness to occasionally work after office hour and/or weekend in compensation for holiday replacement or incentive
- Detail oriented, have a go-getter personality, great enthusiasm and people persona / sociable manner
- Passionate about activation, cool-tempered and agile with the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
