- Support Director in relation to identifying and developing an active pipeline of opportunities within the overall investment strategy of the Venture(s).
- Support the Director in developing effective relationships with Logistics groups and other potential partners / clients across the region.
- Support other team members (acquisition, development, marketing & investment for example) within the Manager to ensure that the investment strategies and objectives of the Venture(s) are carried out efficiently and effectively and in accordance with the Manager's stated investment strategy.
- These responsibilities will include:
- Identify and implement both development and acquisition of logistics real estate opportunities within Indonesia.
- Develop written proposals for Build-to-Suit, leasing proposals as identified in Indonesia.
- Conduct and/or support the successful negotiations of development and acquisition activities within Indonesia.
- Preparation and implementation of business development initiatives and strategies.
- Actively support a group initiative to develop and maintain a strong relationship with key logistics players and potential partners with a view to identifying an ongoing pipeline of business opportunities both within Indonesia and across SE Asia.
- Support the preparation of investment proposals. business plans and budgets as well as assist with reports such as financial statements, annual reports and other items and reports as required by the Manager / Investors;
- Support the manager's overall investment policy and growth strategy
- Other functions as directed by senior management from time to time.
- Fluent in English.
- At least 6 years of exposure in the property sector.
