Other responsibilities include:
- Implementing and ensuring that IT governance is aligned with the group policies, and standards.
- Establishing cybersecurity strategies and framework with the objective of growth and mitigating risks.
- Developing digital plans and strategies through different means such as: IT development and digital brand development.
- Identifying new and innovative technology solutions that might be contributing to the growth of the business.
- Leading the diverse Technology teams such as: infrastructure team, application team, data team, and engineering team).
- Recruiting, retaining, and providing mentoring and coaching for high-potential talent.
- Leading the development of the digital systems, application, and processes.
- Designing, planning, implementing, and maintaining the IT infrastructure, framework and process.
- Ensuring the security and confidentiality of the available data.
- Leading the design and implementation of enterprise-wide recovery and business continuity plan.
- Developing excellent relationship with the senior leadership team, and both internal and external stakeholders.
- Establishing and ensuring that KPI's are in track.
- Developing IT strategies that will eventually improve sales and customer experience and enhancing workforce productivity.
- Developing short-term and long-term plans and budget to be in line with the company's objectives.
- Developing IT and Digital Strategies and translating them into actionable initiatives and strategies.
Our client is looking for a high caliber individual with excellent communication in both Bahasa and English. This role is only opened to Indonesian who had experience working in the local market, with preference in the logistics / start up technology background.
Other requirements include:
- At least 15 years of working management experience in developing IT and Digital Strategies.
- Track records in:
- Leading IT engineering or DevOps team during the critical stage of growth.
- Comprehensive experience in IT business management and IT performance management.
- IT project implementation and full-cycle implementation in complex environment.
- IT risk, cyber security, data privacy and governance, and compliance.
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field (Computer Science / Engineering) if highly preferred.
- Strong leadership with excellent influencing, communication and presentation skills.
- Strong ability to set clear measurable objectives, delegate responsibilities, assesses, recognize and reward performance.
- Drive and hunger to achieve results Independent, self-starter and initiative, and the ability to work in fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
- Excellent business acumen and willingness to be hands-on, and work within tight deadlines.
- High commitment, motivation and flexibility.
