About the Department
The Retail function provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutions tailored to their needs. We help them manage their money wisely and meet their financial goals through an extensive range of products and services. These include deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment and wealth advisory services.
RORC (Retail Operation Readiness Center)
We support products and services from Operational back end that empower our customers to enjoy greater banking convenience while they extract more value from their money. In particular, we are focused on promoting and developing healthy saving and investment practices across generations.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct supervision and provide project support related to standardized system projects or other project assigned
- Provide advisory services in regards to issues that arise during project or BAU related to CASA, Deposit, Rate system that utilized by Wholesale and Retail, Integrated Multi Channel Host as one of backbone of Digital Banking
- As risk coordinator for reviewing and provide all necessary support documents and evidence for any risk events
- As Subject Matter Expert (SME) related to GL that setup under AIM (Account Interface Module) that operate all retail banking transactions in UOBI.
- Review CR, BRD, FSD, that have been developed by respective business units and provide suggestions / direction on technical and operations business process matters
- Together with business unit and related parties, to develop testing plan (UAT plan) and testing scenario (UAT scenarios) for assigned projects
- Together with business unit and related parties, to execute UAT process (end to end)
- Min. 8 years proven experience as System Analyst, Business Analyst in Deposit and CASA process
- Min. 5 years experience execute UAT end to end related to Loan projects
- Candidate should possess Bachelor Degree (S1) in IT or equivalent
- Familiar with core banking system(i.e. Silverlake etc) and surrounding applications
- Strong leadership skill
- Proficient in English both written and verbal
