- Spearheads and oversees the manufacturing process, from raw material to finished products
- Monitor production to resolve issues
- Improve production efficiency such as reducing waste
- Supervise, evaluate and develop the production personnel
- Determine amount of necessary resources
- Ensure output meets quality standards
- Enforce health and safety precautions
- At least 5 years of experience working as Production Manager or similar position in footwear manufacturer
- At least 10 years of experience working in leather product manufacturer
- Good English proficiency
- Good leadership skill
- Must have good attention to details
- Willing to be located in East Java
