Job Description

  • Spearheads and oversees the manufacturing process, from raw material to finished products
  • Monitor production to resolve issues
  • Improve production efficiency such as reducing waste
  • Supervise, evaluate and develop the production personnel
  • Determine amount of necessary resources
  • Ensure output meets quality standards
  • Enforce health and safety precautions
