- Prepare and carry out periodic internal audit activity plans based on risk priorities by the company's objectives;
- Test and evaluate the implementation of internal control and risk management systems by company policies;
- Examine and evaluate efficiency and effectiveness in all areas of the company's and its subsidiaries activities;
- Provide suggestions for improvements and objective information about the activities examined at all levels of management;
- Make a report on the results of the audit and submit the report to the relevant management, the President Director, and the Board of Commissioners.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the implementation of follow-up improvements that have been suggested;
- Develop a program to evaluate the quality of the audit activities carried out;
- Carry out special inspections if necessary
- Educational background Bachelor (S1) Accounting - Auditing
- Have experience in a Public Accounting Firm for at least 2 (two) years
- Has experience in auditing companies engaged in securities
- Have the ability to analyze the Company's financial statements, especially engaged in securities
- Have good communication skills, especially in explaining all aspects closely related to the results of internal audits to management and stakeholders.
