About the Company:
Our client is a well established global MNC healthcare company with various product portfolios across Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ability to do research and evaluate new product opportunities, demand for potential products, and customer needs and insights.
- Strategize marketing strategy and execution of plans for the existing products.
- Serve as a partner to other divisions in determining the viability of potential markets before production of a product
- Ability to manage new product development, launch campaigns and managing distribution channels for products
- Ensure effective brand marketing communications
- Ability to analyse the effectiveness of all marketing efforts including their contribution to the effectiveness of sales campaigns.
- Provide marketing management, budget control, compensation programs and incentive planning.
- Minimum 5-8 years of marketing experience in Healthcare industry
- Bachelor’s degree or above in business management, marketing or related field
- Possess a solid understanding of healthcare industry
- Ability to lead and manage a diverse marketing team
- Driven, Results Oriented & Resilient
- Excellent communication skills
