MAIN RESPONSIBILITY:
Reporting to the Director/Assistant Director of F&B, this position will be overall responsible for the administration and operations of the Satoo Restaurant (all day dining F&B outlet). He / She will maximize profits, maintain food / beverage / service quality and ensure guest satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS:
Due to work pass restrictions, only Citizens of Indonesia shall be considered.
Fluent in English (oral and written).
Degree / Diploma in F&B / Hospitality management.
Minimum 02 (two) years of solid experience in the same capacity at restaurant in luxury hotel brand or reputable all day dining restaurant
A dynamic personality with a strong leadership and motivating skill.
Excellent knowledge of F&B Management.
