An excellent Country Manager job based in Jakarta has become available at a rapidly growing start-up financial technology company. You will report directly to the Founder.
About the Country Manager Role:
Reporting to the Founder, your key objective will to be focus on growing the business in Indonesia. You will manage all operations including recruitment, budgets, planning and formulating strategic business plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business plans and strategies, including budgeting, budgeting forecasts, and resource allocation: from 0 - 1
- Manage marketing and sales strategies, increasing brand recognition and awareness
- Develop, implement, and monitor marketing plans, including design and implementation of promotion programmes, and hire and train sales and marketing
- Manage and coordinate all engineering, marketing and business development initiatives, including sales, marketing, and business development activities
- Research and analyse market opportunities, identify potential customers, develop business proposals, and negotiate business deals
Key Requirements:
- Background in Financial Technology, HR Technology or B2B Technology is a must
- Deep understanding of the relevant industry in Indonesia through personal or professional experience
- Data-driven leader with strong business acumen and ability to analyse, draw conclusions and execute a strategy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with leadership presence
- Proven records in building, setting new business with significant growth
