Job Description
As part of QA Surveillance teams, the main task is to perform Surveillance tests on live projects and any requests related to Surveillance and following up on it during the Night Shift from 5 PM to 1 AM
Qualifications
- Willing to work Night Shift (5 PM to 1 AM)
- Conduct surveillance tests on live projects;
- Discuss any issues found in testing, and team problems with Surveillance team both inside and outside of the studio;
- Completed and report the tests/requests on time and match the deadline's request;
- Along with other Surveillance team member, do OT for Surveillance to cover Public Holiday in JOG;
- Make proposals to improve the testing process/working environment (new tools, testing method, etc.);
- Regularly review and update the checklists used in team.
