- Manage Non Tax Cases such as commercial disputes, land dispute, trademark, criminal, frauds etc.
- Equipped with Advocate Licenses to be able to represent companies in Courts.
- Sets tone and boundaries for the negotiation proces
- .Identify and removes obstacles.
- Negotiates critical and complex issues involving multiple stakholders, gaining buy-in from all parties.
- Having a specific in-depth technical knowledge in Law and experience handle law cases.
- Maintain overall cases and deadlines within group.
- Applies integrated analytical approach to resolving any issues and identifies necessary resources.
- Provide the technical aspect of any Law Suit Cases to strengthened the company’s arguments and analyze the impact to the group.
- Participates in corporate discussions for assessing any risks and exposures.
- Develops and sets high standards and procedures for complex any commercial cases programs
- Develop strategy for efficient and effective case problem solving.
- Minimal Bachelor Degree in Law
- Having minimal 5 years of working experience as Lawyer
- Preferred as litigation lawyer
- Having a specific in-depth technical knowledge in Law and experience handle law cases
- Equipped with Advocate Licenses to be able to represent the companies before the Courts
- Willing to be located in Head Office Jakarta
