Role and Responsibilities
Develop and manages effective working relationships with other departments, groups and personnel
Analyze performance of Openshift, server and storage systems and take action to correct deficiencies
Participate in the development and implementation of processes that improve efficiency and enhance productivity
Manage user accounts, permissions, access rights, and storage allocations in accordance best-practice regarding privacy, security, and regulatory compliance.
Maintain up-to-date documentation of operating processes and procedures and participate in internal/external audits.
Anticipate, mitigate, identify, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software problems on server and storage systems. Escalate incidents as necessary.
Practice asset management, including maintenance of component inventory and related documentation and technical specifications information.
Support application development teams throughout project lifecycles

Configure and Maintain Linux server and windows to be complaints as DBS standard
Patching OS Windows and Linux Server to keep in latest version
Troubleshoot any problem related to OS in Windows and Linux Server
Support any dependencies that needed from apps team on Windows and Linux server to make their project go Live
Monitor, Configure and Manage Openshift Cluster Indonesia
Perform troubleshooting in Openshift Indonesia
Upgrade Openshift Indonesia cluster to the latest version
Requirements
University degree in the field of computer science, information science, or management information systems
Proven experience in the operation and analysis of Redhat Openshift, Operating System, hardware, software, and standards, as well as data retrieval methodologies.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Excellent listening and interpersonal skills.
Excellent understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives.
Ready to work on DBS standard, which is fast paced, work late, demanding environment
