- A bachelor’s degree or master's degree in a Civil/Telecommunication Engineer
- Proven experience as project manager for at least 5 years in Telco Infrastructure or related industry.
- Strong understanding of Engineering infrastructure (ME, BTS, Transmission)
- Experience overseeing a construction project
- Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion
- Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, schedules, materials, and team allocation
- Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards.
- Preparing status reports by gathering, analyze, and summarizing relevant information.
- Obtaining customer acceptance of project deliverables.
- Managing customer satisfaction within the project transition period.
- Coordinate project team members to identify and resolve issues.
