DBSI T&O is the backbone that supports the bank as the central of operations and technology. With the spirit of OneTeam and PRIDE! Value, we serve Institutional Banking Operations and Consumer Banking Operations, manage Customer Centre and IT, provide Group Procurement and Corporate Real Estate, coordinate bank-wide Business Continuity Management program and framework, and deliver service quality for Digibank and IBG/GTS. Our Technology & Operations organization is a vital strategic partner to the business in providing competitive advantage that propels DBSI towards being the Best Bank for a Better World (#B3W).

Responsibilities:
  • Work with SG Group BCM in rolling out Group BCM policies and standards to establish a sound BCM programme in line with guidelines established by local and regional regulators, BCM advisory bodies and other sources of best practices.
  • Oversee the implementation of BCM policies and standards and monitor BCM readiness of DBS Indonesia.
  • Plan and lead in the co-ordination of corporate level BCP initiatives to raise the overall BCP readiness of the Bank.
  • Develop and implement corporate BCP program initiatives to strengthen emergency response, crisis management and business resilience capabilities of the bank.
  • Establish and manage the Crisis Management Command Centre to provide the Crisis Management Committee with an effective means of co-ordinating resources and communications in a disaster.
  • Monitor production incidents to anticipate/prevent serious incidents with financial impacts and provide escalation to Senior Management for decision.
  • Lead the BCM awareness actions and initiatives within DBS Indonesia to develop staff involvement and awareness of BCM
Requirement:
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
  • Good knowledge of banking operations and banking systems.
  • Good knowledge of BCM
  • Able to innovate, plan, organize, resolve problems, and meet deadlines/deliverables.
  • Able to work independently and a team player/leader
  • Able to operate MS Office and have presentation & facilitation skills.
  • Able to communicate well (both verbally & written) in English.
  • Able to travel and work in other parts of Indonesia
