Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, Coordinate and direct field implementation of company’s sales effort to achieve sales goal of the company
- Researching and monitoring market trends, competitors' sales activities, and consumer needs
- Completing sales reports and submitting them to upper management for review
- Analyzing sales metrics and market trends to adapt or modify sales strategies and approaches accordingly
- Manage the performance of the sales team to meet individual, department and feedback on appraisals
- Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience in Healthcare industry
- Bachelor’s degree or above in business management or related field
- Possess a solid understanding of healthcare industry
- Ability to lead and manage a diverse sales team
- Driven, Results Oriented & Resilient
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong Leadership skill, strategic planning, market analysis and team building
