- Prepare and provide accurate monthly stand-alone and consolidated financial reports.
- Support accounting procedures implementation, ensure all financial transactions complied with both company's and the joint venture company's regulations and accounting principles.
- Reconcile daily, monthly, and yearly transactions.
- Handling project cost and budgeting. Forecast for monthly and yearly.
- Support Country Head on the placement of liquid assets with banks to achieve the highest possible returns.
- Support Country Head in preparing monthly forecast on cash position.
- Handle full range of tax matters in compliance with prevailing tax law and regulations onshore and offshore within a timely manner.
- Handle the day-to-day project account functions including keeping track of a Purchase Order issued for procurement, processing of their payment after the vetting by the contract department and preparing journal entries.
- Be the in-charge and first contact during the audit.
- Other duties as assigned by the Country Head.
- Hold Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, ACCA or equivalent, with professional qualification such as CPA is preferred.
- Has 3 - 5 years Big 4 accounting firm background as the basic requirements.
- Has minimum 10 years of relevant project accounting & finance working experience with at least 5 years experience in real estate industry.
- Has experience in Multi-National Joint-Venture for a Property Construction project.
- Business level English.
- Experience in supervising small team is required and MNC working experience is preferred.
- Good understanding of Indonesian accounting and tax regulations.
