Responsibilities:
- Ensure all computer equipment and applications used by users are working normally
- Track hardware and software inventory including the documentations
- Provide periodic reporting over incidents and problems
- Setting uplocal user accounts, permissions and passwords based on policy and procedures
- Ensure computers are properly connected to Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems to communicate
- Maintain relevant supporting IT equipment like printers, scanners, projectors, etc.
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware within the SLA
- Conduct periodic backup (and restore) procedures to prevent data loss.
- Check and update operating systems and application
- Maintain enduser device security to protect organization's data
- 5+ years experience in Java development, solid programming foundation, understanding of basic frameworks such as io, multi-threading, and collections
- Proficient in Java and Web application development, in-depth understanding of spring, spring cloud, mybatis, jvm and other mechanisms and codes are highly preferred
- Familiar with the design and application of distributed systems, familiar with distributed, cache, message and other mechanisms
- Familiar with the Linux development environment, familiar with the installation and configuration of Tomcat/Nginx services, and have practical work experience in troubleshooting production systems;
- Solid SQL foundation, proficient in using MYSQL database;
