Job Responsibilities
・Liaise with Clients, Client Representatives, Consultants, Contractors & Authorities from project inception to completion.
・Responsible for timely submission of plans and reports to Clients and Authorities.
・Manage projects to meet the time, cost, quality, and safety objectives.
・Coordinate and monitor work progress at the site and attend meetings during the construction phase of projects.
・Other responsibilities as needed
Necessary Skill / Experience
・Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or similar
・Business English proficiency
・5 years of experience as Site Engineer for building/factory from Construction company.
Preferable Skill / Experience
・Experience from Japanese Construction.
