- Reach PRIMAGAMA Franchise targets and productivity
- Maintain and increase numbers of franchise & students
- Develop sales strategy to increase franchise & students
- Establish, maintain and expand customer base
- Provide servicing to franchise and customers
- Review franchise performance & productivity
- Safeguard brand identity in the market
- Supervise franchise development to win market competition
- Initiate grown activation to attract franchise and students
- Monitoring each branch's P&L reports.
- Managing a regional budget and ensuring that each branch operates within the budget.
- Bachelor’s Degree in sales or marketing
- Maximum age is 40 years.
- Have at least 5-7 years of experience in manage area and franchise acquisition
- Attitude of occupation value, with challenging ambition
- Worthy achievement in the valves business will be advantage
- Willing to have business travelling across east Indonesia
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, communication and presentation skill
- Good leadership with ability to motivate a team
