Salary
- From the range of Rp1.800.000,-
- Salary review every 6 months

- To make our customer happy by answering with enthusiasm and help them find the best place for them to travel
- Recording any interaction with the customer in the form of chat and call into our CRM system
- Reaching reasonable weekly and monthly sales target
- Help customer specific inquiry if necessary
- Maintaining relationship with the previous client
- Help us find a better promotional offering based on customer interaction
- Creating a simple weekly and monthly report
- Find and solve a problem or present a better solution for the team to work faster
- Maximum age of 27 years old
- We don't really care about your degree, as long as you can do your job
- We're looking for a person with enthusiasm at answering our customer questions
- We're looking for a person that has a great interest in the tourism industry

- Experienced social media & content writer officer are preferred
- English speaker is preferred (basic speaking with “medhog” accent are fine)
