Job Purpose and Impact
The Field Commercial will execute procurement work processes for multiple sourcing categories and locations including procurement process transaction to support in developing our Cocoa sourcing strategy. In this role, you will solve moderately complex technical and customer support issues.
Key Accountabilities
- Support procurement transactions ensuring the purchase order process completion in alignment with strategic sourcing strategies and policies.
- Managing daily market risks of existing suppliers within the territory
- Provide insight of local cocoa market information and competitors in the assigned area, provide weekly report of market information
- Build and maintain sound supplier relationship by regularly visit to up-country suppliers and expanding cocoa supplier list
- Provide end user support and ensure materials delivery as per plants requirements.
- Perform basic administrative or clerical tasks in support of improvement projects.
- Handle moderately complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under general supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor degree or equivalent
- Minimum of three years of related work experience
- Computer literacy
- Other minimum qualifications may apply
- Good communication and have negotiation skill
- Willing to travel
- Able to work independently and disciplined in adhering to task
