- Prepare project visibility studies, detailed design, BOQ, electrical design calculation and drawing
- Determine suitable locations for solar PV installation based on site visits and risk assessments, and conduct site survey and evaluation
- Perform initial grid assessment
- Prepare technical specification for EPC contractors, including but not limited to technical analysis
- Develop and review project plans
- Ensure safety procedures are in place for installation and maintenance.
- Oversee contractors' works on installation and commissioning work.
- Prepare PV system simulation and yield assessment.
- Bachelor of Electrical or Mechanical engineering, renewable/solar energy field or equivalent
- Minimum 5-year experience in Solar PV industry, experience in roof-top solar power plant is a plus
- Willing to TRAVEL HEAVILIY within the Java area
- Familiar with PLN and electricity authorities for solar PV
- Excellent skills in Project Management, PVsyst, AutoCAD, SketchUp, ETAP and MS Office; and understands SCADA
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Solid mechanical, testing and commissioning knowledge
- Thorough knowledge of solar photovoltaic systems and electrical system
- Ability to work under pressure and highly adaptable to changes
