Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the creation and implementation of communication strategy and associated message platforms
- Provide long term strategic communications counsel and deliver on short-term communications objectives
- Work with and manage appointed agencies and vendor relationships as well as the associated budgets
- Defining and driving formal, integrated communications programs relevant to customers, partners, media, patient groups, and employees
- Overseeing executive communications programs to showcase the broad expertise of the Indonesia leadership team.
- Delivering high-quality executive speaker engagements, including executive visits, business-relevant industry communications, coaching and tools
- Ensuring that communication activities conform to corporate vision, mission, values and business strategy
- Facilitate communication alignment within assigned markets as well as functions, including material approval management
- Support Commercial, Market Access & Public Access teams for internal and external communication activities
- University degree in Communications/Journalism/Administration or equivalent required. Master’s degree from a reputed university preferred.
- Around 5 years of experience in corporate communications and communications manager with experience in and a strong grasp of the fashion industry.
- Extensive experiences across a wide range of markets and cultures will be preferred
- In-house and prior experience managing PR agencies are highly preferred
- Excellent Communications and Project Management Skills to work with both local and regional teams
- Strong relationships with Key Media
