- Plan and manage the operations of the Food and Beverage business unit to achieve customer satisfaction and quality service
- Responsible for both short- and long-term planning and the management of the Food & Beverage operations in both frontend and backend
- Develop and recommend partnerships, marketing plans and seasonal menu creation
- Plan and direct the functions of administration and planning of the Food and Beverage Department to meet the daily needs of the operation.
- Develop, implement, and oversee schedules for the operation of all bars to achieve profitable results
- Implement effective control of F&B inventory and labour costs
- Continuously evaluate the performance and encourage improvement of the baristas, including training execution, syllabus and materials
- Culinary school diploma or degree in food service management or related field
- Min10 years working experience in F&B industry
- Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)
- Great communication, leadership, and customer service skills
- In-depth knowledge of F&B industry
- Ability to forecast F&B sales and inventory
