- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- Minimum 4 years of experiences as senior level staff / leader/ coordinator in manufacturing company except FMCG manufacturing company.
- Must have Tax certification (Brevet A & B).
- Conversational level in English or Japanese.
- Wiling to work in East Java.
- Experienced in preparing financial reports.
- Must have good skill in dealing with financial and numeric.
- Must have excellent skill in operating Excel.
- Have background in handling costing and tax.
- Experienced in using any accounting systems.
- Must have good leadership, communication & interpersonal skills.
- Detailed oriented, trustworthy, highly organized.
Tanggung Jawab
- Responsible for conducting daily accounting, costing, financial and tax work related operation of the company.
- Supervise daily activity of Finance, Accounting & Tax team members.
- Check all journal entries and document precisely.
- Responsible for timeliness and accuracy of management accounts and preparation of monthly financial reports.
- Responsible for continual improvement of the company's corporate governance by developing, implementing, and enforcing policies and procedures that will improve the overall operation and effectiveness of the company.
- Provide financial analysis report for management.
- Responsible to support independent audit process.
- Update tax regulations regularly.
- Responsible for managing priority of working target on timely basis.
